Hey folks, okay I slipped up... today is supposed to be day 7 instead it's day 6 (I took an extra day of rest, not because I needed it but because it was convenient). I went to work on Saturday and when I came home my wife was in clean up mode which means everyone is in clean up mode. After the clean up, the plan was to get in a P90X excersice but instead I lounged on the couch like a potato. Today I planned to start P90X but I changed my mind last night when I went to sleep at midnight instead of 9pm. I am going to play it by ear with regard to which workout I will do, but most definately I will continue my daily workout regiment. See you tomorrow.
